No bail for Raj Kundra in porn case

 Mumbai, July 28 (IANS) In a huge setback, a Mumbai court on Wednesday refused to grant bail to businessman Raj Kundra and his associate Ryan Thorpe in a case pertaining to the alleged production and distribution of porn films.

  India's first Chief of Defence Staff, Gen Bipin Rawat, his wife, and 11 others were killed when their IAF Mi-17 helicopter crashed near Coonoor in Tamil Nadu's Nilgiris district on Wednesday, the IAF announced.
